Alford House
Comprehensive internal and external refurbishment of a youth club in Vauxhall.
Alford House is home to one of the oldest youth clubs in the UK, founded in 1884. We delivered comprehensive refurbishment in three phases. Value Engineering was undertaken to allow delivery within Client’s budget.
•Phase 1: new toilet block to the South building
•Phase 2: roofing, external repairs and internal works to the Upper Hall of the North building
•Phase 3: ground floor refurbishment of the North building, including a gym, toilets, and staff offices
As a result of successful completion, the Client invited us to tender for further works.
