Boston House and Balcombe House
Major internal and external refurbishment of two prestigious blocks in Marylebone, including fire doors, lateral main replacement and new timber windows
Works included new FD30 Fire Doors to the flat entrances, LED emergency lighting, radiators, block entrance doors, new ceilings and flooring.
We liaised with UKPN to deliver a completely new electrical installation from the mains, to allow each flat to be separately metered.
We managed the manufacture and installation of bespoke oak panelling to the communal areas.
As part of the full review of the fire strategy for the building, we installed new compartmentation and fire doors to flat entrances, signed off as compliant by a Fire Safety inspector.
