The Fair Acres Estate is a highly sought after residential development situated in Bromley. The estate has a full concierge service and a very strong community feel amongst its residents and management.
The works included a new Langley “Warm Roof” system installation, new windows, brickwork repairs, redecoration and the installation of an aluminium window sill and coping system by Wemico.
Full time Site Manager integrating with the estate management meant minimal disturbance to the estate.
Regular site liaison and meetings kept all parties up-to-date on the progress of the works.
