This project had extremenly tight deadlines and required a fast turnaround to refurbish the restaurant in three weeks. We were conscious that every day closed was a day of lost income stream for the client.
Constant monitoring and communication regarding the financial standing of the project meant that the final account came in on budget.
The restaurant was closed for the duration of the work but the gallery remained open meaning that all deliveries needed to be programmed in and carried out very carefully.
Constant care was taken as the building was in use by staff and visitors, not to mention the countless items of priceless art on show.
I really enjoyed working with Gunning London, getting it done in 7 weeks was a tall order, but Gunning got it done under a lot of pressure.
