Royal Lancaster Hotel
Lighting replacement and redecoration of the 5* hotel conference suite.
We were approached by the client’s representative for the 5* Royal Lancaster Hotel, to fulfil the role of Principal Contractor managing the lighting upgrade throughout the conference suite and pre-suite areas.
• The entire programme was delivered to an extremely tight deadline during five weeks in August.
• We managed the lighting layout design to install a total of 714 spot lights and 372 linear metres of strip lighting.
• In addition to redecorations, works included the refurbishment of the chandeliers, with every glass pendalogue individually removed, numbered, cleaned and reinstalled.
• Thanks to completion on time and on budget, we were invited to deliver redecoration of the Westbourne Suite and other areas.
