The Vicarage remained occupied throughout, requiring close coordination to keep disruption to a minimum. Externally, works included the installation of a new staircase and bespoke hardwood doors, together with associated structural alterations.

Internally, the scope covered fire-rated upgrades, new partitions, and electrical installations, alongside a full refurbishment of the garage and basement areas. The project also included a complete residential fit-out, with new flooring and upgraded kitchen and bathroom finishes.

During the pre-start meeting, it became clear the scope of works would need to expand considerably. Our project team worked closely with the client to review the options available, offering guidance on the most cost-effective approach for each element – ensuring the final scope delivered the best possible value without compromising on quality.

The result was a fast-turnaround, 5-week programme that successfully balanced an expanded scope with client’s budget and timeframe.
