These took place across three residential properties on site: the main vicarage, a basement flat, and a top floor flat. All three properties remained occupied throughout the works, requiring careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to residents.

Phase 1 involved the full replacement of the UPVC windows throughout the properties, alongside the repair and redecoration of the existing timber windows, restoring all three homes to a consistent, high-quality standard. While scaffolding remained in place, further surveys identified structural repairs required to the building’s masonry walls and chimneys.

Working closely with the client, we continued into a second phase of works, carrying out the necessary structural repairs while the scaffold access was still available – avoiding the cost and disruption of a future remobilisation.

Throughout both phases, close collaboration between all parties as well as sub-contractors and engineers ensured the works remained aligned with the client’s budget, while maintaining the quality and attention to detail the project demanded.
