Pickfords Wharf is a converted riverside wharf building, comprising residential apartments, ground floor office premises and the Thameside Inn public house.
We delivered the complete design and installation of the new fire alarm system to the three areas, which meant working with the needs and working hours of commercial, residential and hospitality building users.
Essential external repairs were completed to the front elevation using abseilers, demonstrating our capacity and experience to deliver integrated solutions to refurbishment projects alongside the survey and installation of fire safety works.
