Working from a full access scaffold, we carried out render and masonry repairs, repair care and traditional timber repairs to windows and doors, leadwork and pitched slate roof repairs, and a liquid-applied coating to the flat roofs. The property was finished with steam cleaning and a full redecoration using weather shield products.
Extensive roof repairs were completed using proprietary Radmat roofing products. With limited space at ground level, a gantry was used to accommodate site welfare arrangements. Throughout the project, previous sub-standard decoration was identified and rectified, exceeding the client’s expectations.
