




Works were carried out from a full access scaffold and included brick and stonework facade repair and cleaning, timber repairs and redecoration to windows and doors, and the installation of new Crittall windows alongside window redecoration. Guttering, gates, fences, railings and other metalwork were also repainted as part of the project.
The dedicated site manager oversaw the whole project, providing a single point of contact for residents and ensuring works are closely co-ordinated on site.
Beaux Arts is situated on a busy thoroughfare with no external parking or room for goods vehicles, therefore out of hours deliveries were carefully co-ordinated throughout to minimise disruption.
The team at Gunning London were very pragmatic in their approach when it came to the processing of waste materials and were able to reclaim, recycle or re-use 95% of the materials used.
