“I would like to note the high standard of workmanship and finishes throughout the completed works. The quality of the final installation was recognised during the walk-through, and we would like to thank Gunning and the wider team for their efforts in achieving this.”

Cristina Macia-Briedis, Senior Project Manager – Fulkers Bailey Russell

One of the company’s key strengths lies in its ability to manage challenging projects with efficiency and care, always maintaining clear communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Their commitment to quality workmanship is evident in every stage of a project, and their teams are skilled, reliable, and respectful – qualities that are invaluable on site and throughout the course of a project.

Dan Pace and Ryan in particular were very observant to our client’s needs in regard to access and communication. Our university has many different departments to communicate with, and access is always a problem. Dan and Ryan would postpone work in particular areas if the areas were busy and re-attend at a more convenient time. The overall quality of the work was 10 out of 10, a few snags at the end but happy overall. We will be looking for Gunning’s for future work.

Ben Wilson – Contracts and Compliance Manager Birbeck University

The team was very responsive throughout. They understood the challenges we faced working in a ‘live’ environment and assumed responsibility for much of the day-to-day management of the project, from the scheduling through to workforce inductions. Up to a third of all of the work required had to be completed outside of normal office hours and they have been very supportive throughout.

Bart Michalski – Space and Planning Manager, University of London

I just want to say you have done a brilliant job and completed to such a high standard, the client is absolutely thrilled with it as am I. You managed everything so well – so thank you. We look forward to working on further projects together.

Cara Evans, Partner at Appleyard & Trew

I would like to thank all of you; especially Gunning London. They have shown an outstanding level of professionalism and a sensitive attention to detail, and in spite of all variations and unforeseen items, they have managed to deliver the project on time. I would like to add that their final account was a fair reflection of the overall works conducted.

Fanos Katsaris – Architect and CAD Manager, Goldsmiths University

Throughout each of the projects Gunning London have provided both a professional and reliable service every step of the way. The team delivered the project from start to finish with the highest standard and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
