External and internal repairs to Grade II listed Regency townhouse in Bloomsbury.
Work included external repairs, drainage works, structural support to the external stairs, internal lath and plaster repairs to ceilings and walls, and decorations.
• Working within tight budget controls meant no room for variations. Financial contract performance was closely monitored.

• As a result of successful performance, we were asked to price further projects for other Birkbeck University sites, and subsequently gained a place on their framework.
