Harley House is situated in a prestigious location on the busy Marylebone Road, overlooking Regents Park, in the heart of London.
We delivered sympathetic repairs in keeping with the age and style of the building and its listed status.
We undertook detailed surveying and scheduling of all repairs, delivering a high volume of repairs within a tight schedule. Thanks to successful delivery of the first phase, we went on to win the following phases.
We removed the wall panelling to install compartmentation to the fire risers, reinstating and redecorating them to match the high quality finish.
