External repairs required scaffold, weatherboard, and replacement windows. The internal refurbishment included new ceilings, lighting, decorations, flooring, fire doors and Whiterock panelling to the changing room areas, as well as new plumbing, sanitaryware, and shower / WC cubicles. We also sanded and re-lacquered the timber floors in the main hall.
• Careful programming of the works to include working over the Christmas period.
• Strong working relationship with whole team on site.
• We provided the client with complimentary sports towels and water bottles to give to students when it re-opened.
