External repairs and redecoration to the front and flank elevations, and roofs of 24 blocks in Fulham.
Work comprised full project management and delivery of external repairs and redecoration, including scaffolding, roofs, masonry, balconies, windows, doors, gutters, and railings.
• The project programme was carefully phased to complete two blocks at a time, to minimise the amount of time that scaffold was erected on any one block, reducing disruption to residents.
• We planned delivery times and ‘wait and load’ waste and recycling collections to avoid the need for skips. No waste was visible on the street at any time and high rates of recycling were achieved.
• The client and residents were delighted with the delivery and the outcome, and we were therefore invited to tender for the next phase to the rear elevations.
