Fairfield Hall is a former hospital building located in Central Bedfordshire, a local landmark built in 1860 and undergoing its first maintenance cycle since conversion.
• A methodical system of working was used from site set up, scaffold erection, and repair surveys through to completion.
• The project was completed over 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
