The Fair Acres Estate is a highly sought after residential development in Bromley. The estate has a full concierge service and a very strong community feel amongst its residents.
Works comprised upgrade or replacement of all internal FEDs including door fittings and fire stopping details, replacement of all bin store doors; fire stopping to all penetrations to fire rated escape routes; asbestos removal.
We also carried out internal repairs and redecorations of communal areas to include new suspended ceilings, new lighting, new flooring and decorations
