This was a Design & Build contract to refurbish four residential apartments over four floors, and communal staircases, and included major strip out, internal space remodeling with new walls, and complete refurbishment works.

We co-ordinated a team of architects, designers and engineers to deliver design works and satisfy the conditions of the Listed Building Consent.

Work included design and installation of M&E and all building works to walls, ceilings and floors in line with the Client’s requirements, processing variations during contract.

Financial contract performance within tight budget controls was closely monitored throughout.
