Following a fire on the top floor of this block near Epping Forest, the building required a completely new roof including the structural beams and joists, with increased insulation, full cleaning of the facade, fascias, soffits, gutters, and new internal walls, ceilings, plastering, doors, joinery, and decorations.
The contract also included the complete fitout of kitchens and bathrooms, and renewal and testing of all building services – electrical, water and TV.
• Our dedicated RLO liaised extensively with each leaseholder, offering multiple options for internal decorations, including a choice of flooring, tiles and kitchen and bathroom fittings.
• Leaseholders also had the option of working within the budget provided by the insurance claim, or supplementing it to define their own specification of kitchen and bathroom.
• We undertook a full review of the fire strategy for the building, and installed fire stopping and fire doors for every flat entrance door.
What really set them apart is their partnership approach to working. The team genuinely cares about doping a good job for the client.
